Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 Validity: Gift cards are valid until December 31, 2025.

 

Redemption: Gift cards can only be redeemed at Dema Ink Tattoo Studio.

 

Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

 

Minimum Purchase: Gift cards are applicable only on purchases of ₹2500 or more. They cannot be used as the sole method of payment — the balance must be settled using another payment option.

 

Transferability: Gift cards can be exchanged or transferred to another person, but they cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

 

Lost/Damaged Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, and no replacement will be provided.

 

One-Time Use: Each gift card is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be reused. Gift cards cannot be combined or clubbed with other gift cards in the same purchase.

 

Service Restriction: Gift cards are valid only for tattoo services and cannot be redeemed for piercing services.

 

Exclusions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Certain promotions, discounts, or products may be excluded from gift card redemption.

 

Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to tamper, duplicate, or misuse gift cards will render them invalid.

 

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
